“I waited for 50 minutes on the sidewalk in front of my hostel as confirmed by email and text from Viator and Rapid Llama. I emailed and texted multiple times to both asking for help and my transportation to the airport. I finally received a text saying that they had sent me a WhatsApp message about a location change. I DONOT USE WHAT'S App!! I had to run with luggage to the new van "leaving in five minutes" location and arrived at the airport and hour later than I planned”
